What length of session should I choose?

No matter if you choose the 30min session or the 90min session, your LMT will work on the specific muscles or muscle groups that will benefit your needs the most. Just remember... the longer the session the more muscles we can work on.

Do you offer hot-stone massage or cupping?

While we do love to receive this type of work we do not offer it at our practice. We are so passionate about manipulating the muscle back to a more natural state and have found, over the years we have found that our hands, fist and elbows are the best tools we have to get the results we are known for.

Will the deep tissue work hurt?

Deep tissue work is defined as working the deeper muscles or the deeper tissue. The massage therapist has to be educated enough to understand what muscle they are working on, why, and what techniques to use. The pressure and intensity is based on person to person preference.
